Best Robot Vacuums and Mop Systems
This robot vacuum-mop makes an excellent choice for those who live in apartments as it uses smaller docking systems and has its own garbage bin. Its app allows you to choose different modes and monitor cleans, plus the mopping function is impressive.
Its mapping, obstacle avoidance and the mops are stunning. It picks pet hair, spills, and dirt. It also self-empties and cleans and replenishes its water tank.
Roomba Combo from iRobot
The iRobot Combo includes mopping in addition to the already impressive vacuuming capabilities of the robot. The iRobot Combo can't replace our Editors' Choice winner, the Deebot X1 Omni. It is more efficient at cleaning, and comes with an app that's mobile and more user-friendly, but it's a good alternative. It consistently picked up dirt from carpets and hard floors. Its obstacle avoidance system isn't the most sophisticated in the world, as it lacks structured light and other features like LiDAR, yet it did a good job of preventing collisions with furniture and clutter.
The Combo has the same smarts as the j7 Plus with the addition of new onboard acoustic sensors to identify the type of floor and AI-powered navigation, but does not have the ability to adjust suction power manually. It's also a little less compact than its vac-only model, and it doesn't have an auto-empty dock.
In my experience, the Combo is a fantastic choice for homes with a lot of space and its sleek design is one of the top in the industry. The sleek matte black plastic appears better than most competitors' metallic or glossy finishes, and iRobot's small touches--like a leather tab to open the bin on the board and a shelf within the dock to store extra bags--are more classy than the majority of its competitors'. The iRobot Combo makes it easy to create maps and establish Keep-Out Zones.

Roborock
While Roborock is relatively new to the robotic vacuum and mop market, it's already earned a name for itself because of its innovative cleaning techniques. Its vacuums boast industry-leading suction power, while mopping systems from the company come with vibrating mops that can scrub floors to remove dirt. Additionally, a variety of scheduling and mapping options lets you adjust the cleaning schedule of the bot to your specific home.
Another amazing Roborock feature is the obstacle avoidance, which lets the robot detect objects smaller than its height. This is particularly useful for Roborock's top models, like the Qrevo Master. It is the best in its class in terms of navigation, thanks to vSLAM, and LiDAR. Other robovacs are known to slam into furniture and slam into pet faeces, without even noticing but the Qrevo Master solves this problem with Reactive AI, which uses twin cameras to perceive objects in a room.
Roborock robots come with a range of features that make it easier to manage maintenance. They include docks that are automatically empty, and mop washing stations with many functions. These features make it unnecessary to empty bins and wash mops manually, allowing the user to have a hands-free ownership experience. Plus the app's minimalist design and seamless connection to the robot make it simple to use.
Hobot Legee D8
Hobot Legee, with its wide variety of integrated cleaning features and advanced mopping features, is among the top robot vacuums/mops that can be used on wet and dry floors. Its advanced navigation system integrates five different technologies to plan and take the most efficient route. It can also identify various flooring materials and recognize obstacles with pinpoint accuracy. It can raise itself up to 7mm to glide over carpets. Smart spray system makes the right amount of water for stain removal without leaving water marks.
The Legee, a Gen 4 Robot, competes directly against the Eufy Robovac X9 or Ecovacs Deebot T20. Both models cost more. It comes with more features than either one and has the more flexible D-shaped body that can clean the corners and under cabinets better than a round robot. Its sensors include 360deg 3D (Lidar, Encoder, Gyro E-compass, and Encoder) four forward-facing sensors, one right-side-facing FDS (IR ToF sensors for distance) and two pairs of cliff detectors in the front and back (most robots only have one pair). The system also has Legee SLAM, which helps to eliminate the bump-and-grind issues that plague Gen 4 robots.
Contrary to other robots the Legee comes with a built-in trash compactor and can use the less raunchy 5 GHz Wi-Fi band. The LuLu mop washing station is included and washes, refills and dries your mop 'cloth. It can be used up to six times longer than you would with other mops. It also reduces waste and the frequency at which bins are emptied.
Karcher RCV 5
Known for its pressure washers and garden tools, Karcher has been dabbling in robot vacuums for a while and it's the most advanced model. It creates maps for your home with LiDAR and can be programmed either to vacuum or mop. It can also distinguish between hard floors and carpets, so you don't get water puddles on your pile.
Its navigation is top-quality it can navigate around furniture and rugs with ease and even lowering itself up steps. The robot can be customized by adjusting different settings, such as cleaning schedules and the rooms it should clean. robot vacuums cheap has an emergency button that will force the robot to return to the base in the event that it is unable to supply power, and it can be programmed to automatically turn off when a storm is approaching.
The RCV 5 is very easy to use and, despite being heavy, at around 4kg, you shouldn't have difficulty moving it around furniture. Safety features like sensors that warn it to stay clear of stairs will be appreciated by those with smaller children. After being charged, the device takes only about a couple of hours to charge and the two buttons at the top will turn green to let you that it is now ready to use.
Mova E30 Ultra
The Mova E30 Ultra is a robot vacuum cleaner that balances advanced cleaning technology with affordability. It's a direct competitor to models such as the Dreame L10 Ultra and Roborock's Q Revo. Despite its less expensive price it is worth the price. Mova E30 Ultra offers features that many more expensive models cannot beat. It uses sensors to alter the settings for various floors and surfaces, as well as to find areas with dirtier surfaces. It can also move slower to avoid damaging furniture or walls.
The device can map your home's interior, which you can view through the app. You can also mark out certain rooms and objects you would like to keep out of the way. The vacuum will slow down when it spots an obstruction and avoid bumping into it. It also comes with an intelligent dustbin that will notify you when it's full, so that you can empty it before you need to.
The Mova E30 Ultra offers a affordable option for those looking to outsource their cleaning chores. It is a robot mop and vacuum that can clean your floors without needing to lift a finger. It has a clever design which increases cleaning at corners by up to 60 percent. It has a suction power of up to 7,000 Pa and RoboSwing arm, and can be controlled via the app or voice assistants such as Alexa or Siri.
Beko RCV3
The Beko RCV3 is a sleek and feature-packed hybrid robot vac/mop that does a bang up job of keeping floors spick and span. It can't lift its mop to clean carpets and rug, as does the Roborock S8 MaxV ultra, but it's very effective in cleaning hard floors. It also comes with a self-emptying bin, delivers an excellent suction power, offers several mopping options, and is controlled by a top-quality app that works on both iOS and Android.
It's a little smaller than its competitors, and its main brush is a bit shorter but it was able to do a quick job in our test room. The revolving edge brush on the side is a nice feature. Although it didn't get rid of dirt as effectively as other competitors, it still performed well.
Individual cleaning parameters can be pre-set for each room, and the device will automatically create detailed maps of the rooms with built-in LiDAR navigation. It's easy to control using the app and a variety of voice output options can inform you about the state of your home robot. Regular updates to the software improve and enhance its performance. The app is able to remotely control the RCV3 even when you are not at home.
